Hi, I'm Lena

I spent years in the tech world building products, leading teams and living mostly in front of a laptop.

The work was meaningful, but my body paid the price - stiff back, rounded shoulders, constant fatigue.

Strength training is what changed that. Not random workouts, but structured, progressive lifting that respected stress, sleep and real life. I became stronger, my posture improved and my brain started working better again.

Today I coach people with similar lives: founders, managers and professionals who want a stronger body that actually supports their ambitions.

I bring a science-first approach from both tech and training: clear structure, data, and honest feedback. You bring your goals and your effort. We build the rest together.

Application

You fill out a short form about your goals, schedule and training history. I read every application personally.

Intro call (free)

We jump on a 15-minute online call to clarify goals, answer questions and check if we're a good fit.

Assessment session

Your first paid 1:1 session at the studio in 1050 Vienna. We assess your movement, strength and posture and test key exercises.

Individual plan and schedule

You get a strength training plan tailored to your goals, experience and calendar - delivered via app, so everything is in one place.

Ongoing coaching

We train, track and adjust. You get check-ins, technique coaching and support so you can stay consistent even when work gets intense.
